This report is an outcome of the meeting on Sex, Rights and the Law in a World with AIDS held in Mexico. The meeting explored the social and structural barriers to the successful prevention of sexually transmitted HIV and to effective, gender-transformative and human rights-based approaches to HIV treatment, care and support.
