Rising and widespread corruption not only undermines stability—it also impedes peace and security by worsening fragilities and inequalities and eroding confidence and trust in public institutions.

This year’s IACC theme resonates with UNDP’s comprehensive approach to governance and anti-corruption, particularly in the current context of an ongoing pandemic, escalating misinformation and disinformation, and surging illicit financial flows.

IACC happens every two years in different regions, bringing together 800 to 2,000 participants from more than 140 countries. For more information about the conference, visit https://iaccseries.org/.
