From Nurana Rzayeva, who built her small business, to the women
"We can succeed in any business if we want to, as long as we try"

Nurana Rzayeva was born in Jalilabad in 1991. After graduating from 9-year high school, she married and later learned the profession of nail artist in various courses. Although Nurana worked in different salons, she always dreamed to start her own business.
In 2022, she joined the Jalilabad Women's Resource Center on the recommendation of a lady she met by chance, and after that her life changed completely.
"It has always been my dream to start my own business. Jalilabad Women's Resource Center supported me a lot in this way. I now operate my own salon, like three other women who have succeeded in the business training held at the Women's Resource Center. "Women can succeed in any business if they want to, as long as we try."
After attending the Business training at the center, she prepared a business plan for her nail art business. Her plan succeeded and she was provided with the necessary equipment to start own small business. As an active member of the Center, Nurana participates in trainings and events and shares her experience with other members.
