In partnership with the Ministry of Economy, UNDP in Belarus implemented a pilot mentorship programme for female entrepreneurs. It targeted women from the Mogilev, Vitebsk and Gomel regions and aimed at developing their business skills, creating professional networks and expanding markets.

The programme attracted 45 entrepreneurs with diverse background and experience. Their results - from increase in revenue to business scale-up - are on the pages of this review.
