This LEDS identifies relevant mitigation measures with estimated marginal abatement costs and recommends the establishment of a revolving fund mechanism to provide favourable financial packages to stimulate investment in cleaner technologies as well as establishing a Cleaner Production Centre led by the Association of Bhutanese Industries to disseminate good practices and knowledge products on cleaner production and climate resilient technology. The LEDs also recommends national financial institutes to offer green loans and concessional financing for technology upgradation.
