The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism, announces the results of the Public Call for the selection of beneficiaries (cantons, local self-government units and regional landfills) for support in the preparation of investment-technical documentation for waste management projects in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Following the closure of the Public Call, an administrative review of the submitted applications was conducted, after which the Evaluation Committee carried out a technical evaluation in accordance with the criteria defined in the Public Call.

A total of four applications were received under the Public Call. Following the administrative review and the technical evaluation conducted in accordance with the criteria defined in the Public Call, a ranking list of applications was established in the following order:

1. City of Bosanska Krupa – 58 points
2. Regional Landfill Mošćanica Ltd. Zenica – 55 points
3. City of Bihać – 50 points
4. KJKP “Rad” Ltd. Sarajevo – 50 points

Selected beneficiaries will be contacted in the coming period to proceed with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with UNDP, which will define the next steps in the implementation of activities, including the initiation of the procurement procedure for the preparation of the investment-technical documentation.
