Toolkit for planning digital transformation consists of three parts: the Manual for conducting the digital readiness analysis, the standardized questionnaire for conducting the analysis, and the Manual for preparing the Roadmap. All these documents are intended as help and guidelines for carrying out preparations for digital transformation planning, and as such they can be used in whole, in part, and for any scope of analysis.

The set of tools is intended to be used exclusively as optional guidelines, and to support the regular strategic and budget planning of organizations.
