Dear Mr. General Coordinator,

Dear Representatives from the United States Embassy,

Dear Partners,

Dear Families,

Ladies and Gentlemen

[All protocol observed]

It is with immense joy and profound honor that I stand before you today to celebrate an important moment full of hope for our community. We are gathered here for the distribution of school supplies to 368 children whose families have faced challenging times. This initiative aims to provide tangible support to help these children and youth start the 2024/2025 school year on the right foot.

First and foremost, I would like to warmly thank Mr. Jamali Idrissi, Coordinator of the Mohammed VI Foundation for the Reintegration of Detainees, and his team, as well as Ms. Christine Vrtaric and Ms. Karolina Sowulewska, representatives from the United States Embassy. Your commitment alongside us demonstrates the crucial importance of international cooperation and collaborative work in building a better, more resilient, future, where everyone has a place and opportunities.

Today, as we distribute these school supplies, we affirm with conviction that every child deserves an equal chance to succeed in school and in life. Each book, each notebook, each pen represents much more than mere tools: they are vessels of hope, gateways to knowledge, and companions on the journey toward your children's dreams. By investing in their education, we are investing in the future of our entire society.

This ceremony is part of an ambitious project developed in partnership with the Mohammed VI Foundation, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and the U.S. Department of State. Together, we are working diligently to support families in their process of social and economic reintegration. Our goal is clear: to ensure that everyone, regardless of their background, can thrive and contribute to our community.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to all our partners for their unwavering support and commitment to this noble cause. Thanks to you, we have an opportunity to take concrete actions that make families feel supported, valued, and fully integrated into society.

Dear parents, you are pillars of your children's development and success. You guide, encourage, and accompany them on their journey. Your role is crucial, and it is by joining forces that we can offer your children an environment conducive to learning and growth.

In conclusion, I wish you all an excellent school year filled with enriching learning experiences, interesting discoveries and outstanding achievements. May this year mark the beginning of an exciting journey toward your most cherished dreams.

Choukran.
