The publication summarizes the activities of the project “Enhancing Sustainable Management of Ajara Protected Areas”. It contains a set of focused thematic reports providing detailed information on the most valuable and innovative components of the project to ensure that any lessons learned, gained experience and recommendations are available to the interested parties and stakeholders.

The project was implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) with funding from the Global Environmental Facility (GEF) and support from the Agency of Protected Areas of the Ministry of Environmental  Protection and Agriculture of Georgia.
