This is a six-month long training curriculum developed by Access Livelihoods Group in partnership with UNDP’s Disha Project supported by IKEA Foundation. Its aim is to nurture women from marginalised rural communities with basic education to fill in new job roles created through UNDP’s gender-based interventions to support rural economy.

This training manual will enable the ecosystem to meet the demand of managerial skills created due to promotion of large number of producer organizations and cooperatives across India through government schemes like NRLM or 10,000 FPO promotion with a proven methodology to create supply of women managers for these organization.
