Civil society organizations are key partners for central authorities and international accountability mechanisms in strengthening participatory democracies and EU integration in the Western Balkans that empower youth and encourage an enabling environment for civil society engagement.

These guidelines are developed by the ReLOaD team in Kosovo and aim to support civil society organizations in enhancing public services and processes that meet community needs. A series of proposed “dos and don’ts” based on eight years of experience working with CSOs, focusing on inclusive planning, cooperative implementation, transparent monitoring and correct visibility.

The goal is to share lessons learned and practical solutions with CSOs, institutions, and donors to guide similar efforts beyond the ReLOaD project and its partners.
