During the period of 2022-2023, the project "Digital Aiymdar" was successfully implemented, covering the Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken regions.
The main goal of this project is to enhance the economic opportunities and rights of women in these regions by improving their information, digital, leadership, and communication skills. Over the course of a year, 180 women aged 15 to 34, enrolled in the project, received training in information and digital courses of their choice.
As a result, in addition to IT and digital technology courses, 180 women from the three regions were able to enhance their qualifications by participating in specialized training on leadership and communication. Today, 50% of the 180 women who participated in the project are employed.
We share the stories of the participants of the "Digital Aiymdar" project.

"Probably everyone has to make one of the most important decisions in life around the age of 16-17, and often under the pressure of adults. Grandmothers want their grandchildren to become doctors, parents dream of their children getting a government-funded education, and the students themselves have no idea what they want. Does this sound familiar? I was in the same situation before the "Sanarip Aiymdar" project. My life lacked clear passions, I lacked self-confidence, I was afraid of public speaking, and I had no idea about my future career path. I felt lost in a sea of opportunities, not knowing which direction to take. My uncertainty was crushing my confidence and motivation. However, I realized that to achieve success and happiness, I needed to overcome my doubts and start looking for what truly inspired me. In those moments, my mother was always by my side. It was my mother who encouraged me to participate in the "Sanarip Aiymdar" project and to take courses in graphic design. After all, I am a creative person by nature. Graphic design would open up a wide range of creative and professional opportunities for me. I filled out the application and, after some time, received the joyful news that I had been accepted into the project. From that moment on, my days became filled with opportunities and inspiration. During my training, I met creative people who shared my interests. Thanks to the training, I was able to overcome my lack of confidence, realized my potential, and learned to harness it. Recently, I won a free course in UX-UI design by participating in an IT festival. And now I am undergoing an internship at a prestigious programming academy. This valuable experience is helping me expand my expertise and provides an opportunity to join the programming academy as a mentor in UX-UI design.
