In the Bee world. All worker bees are females. And what is more important, the Queen is always a female too. The drone who is the male only eat the bee's food and mate with the queen. Life inside a hive is more than successful, everything is well organized, communication is adorable, there is respect, cleanliness, hard work, strength. Bees believe they can fly despite their tiny wings and they do! Let women in our society take the bee as an example and strive for the better!
