Monitoring and Evaluation Framework of the project – Addressing Climate Change Risks on Water Resources and Food Security in the Dry Zone of Myanmar
March 31, 2016
The Monitoring and Evaluation Framework ensures that targeted results are achieved and well-documented by the end of the project. Among others, the M&E framework will ensure that results achieved are in line with stated objectives and outcomes of the project, as well as with the results and resource framework prepared during the design phase. The framework includes an implementation plan that will capture quantitative impact of some of the planned interventions.
It includes an overall implementation plan for data collection and sampling methodology according to project results framework (divided into three distinct project component and outcome areas) and developing, as a sub-component of the overall framework, an experimental (or quasi-experimental) survey design to capture quantitative impact of some of the planned interventions of the project.
