Liechtenstein invests in UNDP to tackle overlapping crisis

UNDP and Liechtenstein work are committed to advance key development priorities such as leveraging sustainable finance to tackle key issues such as the fight against human trafficking and slavery, climate change and conflict.

New York—The Government of the Principality of Liechtenstein has contributed USD 50,827.87 (CHF 50,000) in regular (core) resources to the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for 2024. UNDP thanks Liechtenstein for its continued support, which enables UNDP to stay and deliver in complex contexts globally. 

In line with UNDP’s 2022-2025 Strategic Plan, this timely contribution ensures that critical work can continue in countries marked by protracted and overlapping crisis. The support from Liechtenstein and other core partners, underpins UNDP’s ability to support countries advance their national development plans, ensuring that no one is left behind.
