The UNDP and the Office for IT and Government invite all interested stakeholders to the conference “Data and eGovernance: the spark for the future”. The conference is taking place on 6th of March, next to the International Open Data Day, in Belgrade, in the Palace of Serbia. The conference is supported by the United Kingdom Good Governance Fund.
The goal of the conference is to discuss good practices in development of the open data ecosystem and digitalization, with preview of archived results on the local, national and regional level. Also, the conference will be devoted to the influence of the new technologies on the governance and building of new citizen centric services.
The launching of the conference will be followed by the open data award ceremony, in order to celebrate those who have contributed to the open data initiative in the last year, from different aspects. Additionally, the conference will host an exhibition of different data driven solutions – Open Data Reuse Gallery.
