The Draft Manual for Local Sustainable Development Strategies (LSDS) was prepared at the request of UNDP CO in Ukraine and within the framework of the Urban Environmental Governance project. It provides policy guidance on good practice in developing and implementing LSDS and should be of value to policy makers, planners and development practitioners at local, regional and national levels.
