Almost 70% of Timorese live in rural areas facing daily challenges stemming from geographic isolation, including limited access to state and non-state services. The project aims to support the Government's deconcentration and decentralization programs, bringing governance, public administration, and services closer to people, with special attention given to the needs and priorities of people living in vulnerable situations.
