The report summarizes the key findings of an inclusive insurance and risk finance country diagnostic carried out by the IRFF and UNDP Tanzania. It presents key risks, the current state of inclusive insurance and risk finance in the country, and recommendations to advance inclusive insurance, risk finance and overall development in Tanzania. This diagnostic report examines supply and demand issues, everything from the legislative and regulatory environment through to community needs, from insurance and sovereign risk, through to insurance investments and natural capital.
