Intercommunity Dialogue in Kosovo
Project Summary
The project’s focus is to support joint knowledge and network building between communities in Kosovo to understand, access and uphold their rights through the common interest area of environmental justice, in a gender-responsive manner.
Additionally, the project aims to enhance capacities for horizontal and vertical social cohesion and gender equality, while reducing the risk for inter-community and community-institution conflicts relating to environmental concerns. To achieve this UNDP plans to engage in a cross-community and grassroots knowledge building among women and men, and network building of and with community-based organisations (including women’s rights and/or women-led organisations in targeted communities), to realise their rights.
