The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) through the Mainstreaming Low-emission Energy Technologies initiative is providing support to the Office of the President, which houses the Department of Environment and Climate Change to promote low-emission energy technologies across prioritized sectors, thereby increasing competitiveness and climate-resilience of the national economy.

The Procurement of various speeds of Variable Frequency Drives as well as various Deep Water Submersible Pumps with trained personnel are requested from suppliers of these goods and services. 

These items are to support the Guyana Water Authority in promoting energy efficiency in its daily operations.  

The following equipment, accessories and software are requested:

•    Various speeds of Variable Frequency Drives
•    Various Deep Water Submersible Pumps with training

Proposals should be submitted directly in the Quantum Portal no later than the indicated deadline: 18 November 2024 @ 10:00 (New York time).
