Access for users in Embargo Countries
If you are unable to access Guided Learning in Quantum or the Guided Learning widget is not visible to you, please follow the steps outlined below to troubleshoot the problem.
NOTE: Please contact your local ICT Manager if these steps do not resolve the issue.
- Use a VPN provided by your country office or the UNDP open VPN to access Quantum
- Clear the cache of your browser
- Allow cookies for Quantum in your browser
- Disable any Pop-up or Ad Blocker in your brows
