To support the brand, communication and change aspects of the new management system project, the need to form an inter-agency Communications Working Group has been identified to ensure project activities, including system design, process review, UAT and training and support, are effectively communicated to project stakeholders across all agencies. The TOR attached provides further details on the roles and responsibilities of those within the inter-agency Communications Working Group.
