The project's consortium governs the implementation of Quantum, which will serve over 75 partner agencies working as OneUN in more than 170 countries.

Project governance:

• • An Interagency Project Committee provides planning and implementation oversight, enabling coordination between partners.
• • Each agency has its own project board which plans, organizes, and controls the project.
• • A multi-agency Project Team drives platform development and implementation supported by an external technical partner.

Each agency has developed its own internal project team based on their organizational structure and needs.
