Loan Guarantee Facility - YEES Project

This Soft-Loan Program was introduced by the Constitutional Government VIII and UNDP Timor-Leste in collaboration with Banco Nacional de Comércio de Timor-Leste (BNCTL) with a joint fund from Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and the Government of TL through Ministry Tourism Commerce and Industry (MTCI) to support TL business to expand their business, and facilitate the MSME's to access the soft loan from the bank with 3% interest rate.
