The National Adaption Program of Action (NAPA) on Climate Change is the result of a 2-year participatory process, and focuses on addressing the most immediate climate-related risks. The Program seeks to build community awareness, increase monitoring and risk forecasting and support the adaption of government policies and strategies to improve climate change resilience among vulnerable groups. This Program supports a coordinated approach to addressing the multiple challenges of climate change.
