Non-Wood Forest Products: Carob Value Chain Research Report was conducted for the Nature Conservation Centre (DKM) which is one of the project partners by Yaşama Dair Vakfı in order to provide an overview of production process of carob from forest to market at the Gülnar and Gazipaşa Forest District Directorates under the project on “Integrated Approach to Management of Forests in the Mediterranean Region” which is conducted by the General Directorate of Forestry in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) with the financial support of the Global Environment Facility (GEF).
