Findings of a survey of the adult population on digital services
January 20, 2022
At the request of UNDP, Kyiv International Institute of Sociology conducted this survey in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
The survey’s purpose was to look at the experiences, needs, and preferences of adult residents of Ukraine vis-à-vis electronic services. The results of this survey were also compared with a similar study conducted in September 2020.
The survey covered a representative sample of the adult population of Ukraine and was conducted from 18-27 September 2020 through Computer Assisted Telephone Interviews (CATI) in all regions, except for non-government-controlled-areas.
The research was organized within the “Digital, Inclusive, Accessible: Support to Digitalization of State Services in Ukraine (DIA Support)” project, which is being implemented by UNDP in Ukraine with the financial support of Sweden.
