In 2019, UNDP “Public Administration Reform and Digital Transformation” project with financial support of the British Embassy in Tashkent has developed and launched E-Jarima portal (dyhxx.ejarima.uz). The system allows conscious car drivers to report facts of traffic violations based on DVR records. 

The platform is expected to improve road safety, increase the driving culture and respect for traffic rules, and draw public attention to this issue. The infographic illustrates the objectives and features of the portal.
