Call for Proposals — Small Scale Cross-Border Trader associations and organisations

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites interested Small Scale Cross Border Trader associations and organisations to submit Proposals to participate in developing projects that strengthen resilience of livelihoods, that are environmentally sound, and nature-based solutions led by communities.
The proposals should be focused on the following:
1. Improving the economic opportunities to female cross-border traders
2. Alternative business that are not reliant on the cross-border trade
3. Businesses that are environmentally friendly with positive social impact on the communities
Applications must be submitted in English ONLY. Filled application materials should be sent electronically to the following e-mail address: zambia.cso@undp.org in PDF (signed and stamped) in Word formats. The subject line should read: "The Cross-Border Project - Grants: SSCBT Project 2022 | [Name of your organization]”.
Deadline for submission of the grant proposal is 14th October 2022. It should be noted that it is your responsibility to ensure the timely submission of your full proposal to the indicated email address on or before the deadline. Proposals that are received after the deadline, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
