Bhutan is increasingly affected by climate change, particularly in key sectors like hydropower and agriculture. This report evaluates the country's capacity to collect, analyze, document, and utilize disaster-related data on various hazards, including those induced by climate change. The findings will guide the creation of a disaster database system to enhance policy planning, budgeting, and decision-making, contributing towards building a more resilient and sustainable future for Bhutan.
