This evaluation examined UNDP work implemented under the umbrella of the 2020-2024 Country Programme Document, up to October 2023. The scope of the evaluation includes the UNDP programme in its entirety, from all funding sources including resources from UNDP, donors and the Government of Cuba. It provides a set of forward-looking recommendations, with a view to supporting the country office and its partners in the continuous efforts to improve the country programme by learning from the achievements and challenges.
