This Independent Country Programme Evaluation (ICPE) covers UNDP programme activities from 2019 to 2023, in the areas of livelihood and economic recovery, climate change, energy, water and environment, governance and rule of law, and peace support processes. It provides a set of forward-looking recommendations, with a view to supporting the country office and its partners in the continuous efforts to improve the country programme by learning from the achievements and challenges.
