UNDP Libya is launching a Call for Proposals to engage an International Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) as a Responsible Party to support selected municipalities provide temporary employment, and promote local economic recovery within the Project “Strengthening Local Capacities for Resilience and Recovery”, funded by the EU Trust Fund for Africa.

The objective is to implement cash for work projects providing immediate income to the most vulnerable segments of the population in Ubari through projects prioritized in consultation with the municipality, including – but not limited to – rehabilitation of facilities and waste management.

Detailed objectives, deliverables and key considerations are provided in terms of Reference – Annex I and in the annexes to this Call for Proposal.
