Sun Dă-I Fest festival will attract green energy enthusiasts from across Moldova

August 22, 2023

The Sun Dă-i Fest festival returns on 10 September after a five-year break. The 2023 edition is organized with the financial support of the European Union by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), in partnership with the Ministry of Energy.

The event will take place from 12:00 in the "Stefan cel Mare cel Sfânt" Public Garden.

This year's edition will bring together entrepreneurs, private and state-owned companies, public associations and all those passionate about green energy, sustainable technologies and eco products. They will demonstrate and explain the benefits of alternative energy sources, as well as methods of reusing and saving everything that involves over-consumption and harm to the environment.

Also at the Sun Dă-i Fest there will be a sustainable energy alley, with exhibitions on solar, wind, hydro and biomass, an area for relaxing and socialising, a fair with local craftspeople and producers, a photo area and activities for the little ones. The event is dedicated to those curious and eager to know useful things in a fun and relaxing environment.

The festival will end with a concert with Satoshi and the band "Om la Lună" from Romania. You can find more details about the event program here.

The Sun Dă-i Fest festival is now in its seventh edition and is organized in the context of the EU Green Diplomacy Weeks.
