SYSLAB Career Development Centre in Cahul presented its results during the Open Doors Day

Today, SYSLAB Career Development Centre in Cahul hosted numerous guests, all eager to find out, during its Open Doors Day, about its activity and results.
SYSLAB Career Development Centre in Cahul, opened in September 2014, is one of the four such centres working within the project “Innovative entrepreneurship for sustainable employment”, providing training and assistance to the qualified unemployed, recent graduates and returning migrants, to get a decent job in Moldova. The first centre was launched in Chisinau in 2013; other two are working in Rezina and Balti. Since 2013, over 200 unemployed persons who benefitted from the SYSLAB Centres services were employed. The centres apply the SYSLAB methodology, developed by SYSLAB International AS from Norway, which combines team work, advice and professional training, promotion of entrepreneurship and establishment of partnership networks between employers and potential employees.
According to Ion BUZDUGAN, Head of SYSLAB Centre in Cahul, “the possibility to get employed is one of the preoccupations voiced during the national consultations process regarding the future Moldova wants, and SYSLAB career development centres address these needs directly.”
Among the successful graduates of the SYSLAB Career Centre from Cahul is Tatiana, aged 33, who mentioned that “SYSLAB offers good motivation to find a job. It helps one believe in himself/herself and one’s abilities. It prepares one for the job interview so that one is confident and has a specific plan.”
The “Innovative entrepreneurship for sustainable employment” Project contributes to the development, adaptation and implementation of new tools for career development, job search and entrepreneurship in the Republic of Moldova.
