The Single Portal for Interactive Public Services (my.gov.uz) provides the opportunity to receive public services in electronic form, which is easier and more convenient than visiting government organizations that provide public services or sending letters in paper form. At the same time, the request you are sending is official.

This infographic has been prepared by our joint project with the Public Services Agency under the Ministry of Justice on “Improved public service delivery and enhanced governance in rural Uzbekistan”, funded by the European Union and it demonstrates how to use the my.gov.uz portal step by step and get the service without leaving home.
