Needs Assessment, Costing and Financing Strategy for Sustainable Development Goals in Nepal

Nepal has been one of the countries on the frontlines in terms of localizing the SDGs. This Needs Assessment, Costing and Financing Strategy is another milestone achived in that direction. This report, prepared and published by the National Planning Commission (NPC) with UNDP support, examines the needs and charts out a financing strategy for achieving the SDGs by 2030. According to the report, Nepal needs a total of annual Rs. 2,025 billion (US$18 billion) to achieve the SDGs by 2030.
