UNDP and Toyota launch a Customer Care Training to boost job opportunities in Libya

UNDP and Toyota Libya F.Z.C. are expanding their partnership to boost employment opportunities for 36 Libyan youth through a two-week online Customer Care training with funding from the European Union Trust Fund for Africa.
A new batch of 36 trainees to participate in the online training programme, including Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), to develop their skills and boost their employment opportunities.
The Three rounds of online training courses (for 12 trainees each) are available on 4 December, 18 December and 15 January.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Nationality: Libyan (or residents with proof of identity).
Age: Not exceeding 30 years.
Education: New graduates from colleges or high technical institutes, including a recommendation letter if possible.
Language: Good command of Arabic and English
Skills: Computer knowledge is desirable.
Priority will be given to:
- Internally Displace Persons (IDPs).
- Applicants who are suffering economic hardship.
The training is open to both male and female-qualified candidates from all Libyan regions, backgrounds, and those who believe that this training will create a positive change in their careers and live.
