United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Kazakhstan warns the Kazakhstani companies about unlawful activities by unknown entity/ies that announce procurement tenders on UNDP behalf from the following email address procurement-department@undp-un.org. These actions represent fraudulent attempts to elicit funds from organizations. 

UNDP does not bear any responsibility for possible legal consequences with regards to “business” with fake entities. Victims of scams may wish to report their cases to local law enforcement authorities for appropriate action and/or report the incident via https://www.undp.org/scam-alert where helpful advice can also be found.

UNDP Kazakhstan officially informs that all communication is done from the @undp.org domain name only.
