One of these critical priorities revolves around e-government policy, a forward-thinking approach that digitises and modernises technical and administrative processes. Within the realm of e-government initiatives, GADCH has chosen to prioritize controlling and utilising strategic natural resources, a sector of immense importance to the region's economic development. The management of mining royalties, in particular, has been identified as a focal point for digital innovation. One of the notable initiatives in this regard is the digitization of Form 101, Mineral and Metal Transport.  

The digitization of Form 101 represents a significant experiment in leveraging technology to enhance and optimize mining royalties processes within the Chuquisaca department. Traditionally, managing and controlling revenues generated from mining royalties may have involved labour-intensive and time-consuming paperwork, leading to potential delays and inaccuracies in financial transactions.  

By digitizing Form 101, the Governor's Office is poised to revolutionize how it handles mining royalties. This digital transformation reduces the administrative burden and introduces efficiency and accuracy to the process. With digital records, data can be collected, stored, and processed with incredible speed and precision, reducing the risk of errors and ensuring that revenues are managed more effectively.
