This handbook presents key decisions from the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) on personal data protection. It includes up to 40 rulings from 2019 to 2023, covering the protection of individuals' rights in data processing by public institutions and private organizations.

The publication aims to align Georgia’s legislation and practices with ECHR standards on data protection.
