This UNDP and the ASEAN Secretariat's joint report reviews the MDG experience in the region and outlines an ambitious policy agenda for ASEAN Member States as they transition from the MDGs to the new 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Along with taking stock of MDG achievement in the region, the assessment also looks to the future and identifies remaining and emerging challenges relevant for designing effective post-2015 development strategies. It also suggests ways that regional support and collaboration can help.
