Despite this, Thailand is committed to addressing climate change, focusing on mitigation actions in energy and transport sectors. Progress is evident, with Thailand on track to meet pre-2020 targets and submitting ambitious goals under the Paris Agreement. Thailand's Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 20 to 25 percent from projected levels by 2030, enhancing ambition from previous efforts. Domestically, policies align with sustainable development goals, emphasizing low greenhouse gas emissions and resilience.
