This booklet illustrates how C4D concepts are operationalised across UNDP practice areas at the program and project level through 13 brief case studies from UNDP country offices. These components strengthen projects primarily through enhanced participation of local people, accountability and transparency on the part of national and local governments and improved delivery of public services.
