Hanin Elhamdi is a highly experienced professional at Libya's UNDP (United Nations Development Programme). With over nine years of dedicated service in the organization, Played a crucial role in various vital initiatives at both national and local levels. During her tenure, Hanin has significantly contributed to the national reconciliation project, drafting the constitution and facilitating political dialogue projects in Libya.

Hanin has been actively engaged as the youth focal point for numerous country projects. Her keen interest in empowering and involving the youth has resulted in impactful programs to enhance youth participation and address their unique challenges.

As the Head of Solutions Mapping, Hanin has focused her efforts on different key areas in recent years, such as solid waste management initiatives, working towards the development and implementation of sustainable waste management practices in Libya by utilizing innovative solutions and strategies, effectively contributing to the country's response and recovery efforts
