The research is devoted to the issues of ensuring women's access to justice in the world, as well as the problems and barriers women face when applying to courts in cases when their rights are violated.

The research developed within the joint ‘Rule of Law Partnership in Uzbekistan’ project of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
