This analytical report was prepared to summarize some of the interim results of the functioning of free economic zones in Uzbekistan, based on the critical analysis and experience of economically developed countries. The study provides recommendations that could form the basis for the concept of the further development of free open zones in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
