联合国开发计划署副国别主任何佩德与社会创新奖获奖者

1月23日，4项民间社会组织（CSO）创新项目从222项申请中脱颖而出，被授予联合国开发计划署（UNDP）特别社会创新奖。
中国社会创新奖作为全国最大的社会创新奖项，今年的中国社会创新奖由中央编译局下属比较政治与经济研究中心（CCCPE）与联合国开发计划署驻华代表处共同举办。
在颁奖现场，二十五名入围者展示了他们的创新项目、听取了国内专家团的意见及问题并予以解答。专家团组成包括联合国开发计划署驻华代表处助理国别主任、战略规划与灾害管理处长杨方女士，中国发展简报总干事陈一梅女士。
十位获奖者基于创新程度、效益程度、参与程度、重要程度、推广程度和透明程度这六项标准评选产生。荣获社会创新奖的十支队伍中，另有四个项目被授予”联合国开发计划署特别表彰奖”（UNDP特别奖），获5000美元奖金，并与联合国开发计划署结成为期一年的合作伙伴关系以落实和扩大其项目。
四个“UNDP特别奖”获奖项目分别为：1）公益创新项目O2O协力平台“积善之家”项目; 2）益云救灾地图项目; 3）全国中小学“防性侵教育一堂课”项目4）“益心益易”闲置物品循环使用项目。
“I am honoured today to give the UNDP Special Award to four outstanding projects to reward their innovative ideas in addressing social issues that resonate with UNDP’s mission and vision – to create a more equal China where everyone enjoys the benefits of economic growth and sustainable development,” said Mr. Patrick Haverman, Deputy Country Director of UNDP China.
Representatives from the Ministry of Civil Affairs (MoCA), Gate Foundations, Intel, Goldman Sachs, Coca Cola and more than 140 civil society organizations, practitioners and experts joined the event. Started in 2010, this is the Third China Social Innovation Award organised by the China Center for Comparative Politics and Economics (CCCPE) which to date has received over 600 applications.
