The research study into Brain Gain: Reversing Brain Drain with the Albanian Scientific Diaspora is conducted in the frame of Support to Higher Education Reform project implemented by UNDP with the financial support of the Government of Italy. The study aims to identify and analyze relevant actions to institutionalize policies promoting “brain gain” in Albania.
